It is not so uncommon that we, coaches, perceive a coaching process being somewhat stuck. Many times, the reason behind is a process agreement or a session agreement that is not well defined. This may lead to lack of clear direction of the conversation, hence missing or reducing the focus and effectiveness of the process.
This workshop aims to work on the crucial aspects to assure well established and clear agreements. Some dynamics and the cases that participants will bring will set the ground for the facilitator to provide feedback and tools towards gaining effectiveness on this end of a coaching session.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
RUTH GAVILÁN. Executive Coach, PCC by ICF, and trainer in the Executive Coaching Certification Program at the European School of Coaching. As an executive coach, she carries out coaching processes for professionals from different sectors and managerial profiles in companies.

To participate in the online sessions, each participant must identify themselves by providing their first and last name on the platforms, to facilitate interaction and to verify, if necessary, attendance at the sessions.
To receive continuing education credits for EEC Alumni activities, you must have a valid and current ICF certificate (ACC, PCC, or MCC) at the time of the activity, be present throughout the entire session, and complete the data we will request in the survey we will provide at the end of the session.
This activity will be livestreamed on one of EEC's streaming channels (Zoom, Webex, Showtime, etc.), so the quality of service may depend on the state of the device you use and the quality of your internet connection. Make sure to connect via cable rather than WiFi. If you will be watching from your company's servers, please confirm with your IT department that the firewall allows the connection.
