What is your passion?
I believe that I am a person who puts passion into everything I do, but if I have to highlight one, it is my great passion for helping others to make possible what they consider impossible. I am passionate about helping each person to discover the light within them that they don't always recognize.
Why are you in coaching?
I dedicate myself to coaching because I believe it is the best way to help people and teams achieve their goals, and because the values from which it is exercised, coincide with my way of understanding both personal and social growth.
How did you come to coaching?
I came to coaching from HR consultancy. My professional career has always been linked to personal development and growth, and coaching opened the doors to a way of accompanying people to a real transformation.
Define yourself in one sentence
"I only know that I know nothing" Socrates. It is a phrase that frees me from the demands and allows me to connect with what I experience on a daily basis with greater intensity. I still have a lot to learn and discover and this excites me in my daily life.
