The "observer change" concept refers to the possibility of transforming the way we see the world, our beliefs and our perception of reality. This transformation process can have an impact on our body and biology, although we are not always aware of it. Through learning and through personal transformation, we can dissolve previous barriers and experience a metamorphosis in our identity.

The biology of the "observer shift" implies that our beliefs and reasoning have a biological basis. Our mind, through perception and information processing, contributes to the formation of our beliefs and attitudes. We are influenced by what we eat, feel and think, and we can be responsible for generating a healthier version of ourselves by properly managing our beliefs, emotions and lifestyles.

The program proposes to complement traditional medical knowledge with approaches to quantum and holistic theories. It is based on the idea that science advances in chapters and that each new paradigm can modify or even annul the previous one. The aim is to explore new scientific approaches that can expand our understanding of reality and contribute to better health and wellbeing.

Who is the target audience?

  • People interested in taking responsibility for their own health and well-being.
  • Health-related professionals such as doctors or nurses who wish to broaden their knowledge and incorporate new tools into their work.
  • Managers of Health, Wellbeing and Happiness in companies.
  • Certified coaches who work on health issues in their coaching processes with their clients.

Goals

  • This course offers up-to-date knowledge on the physiological study of the mind, exploring the contributions of various scientists, doctors, teachers and health professionals. It delves into new perspectives on understanding the causes of disease, healing and health.
  • Areas such as the energy fields of the human body, the placebo effect, spontaneous healing, the relationship between consciousness and matter, and the key role of epigenetics in human biology are examined.
  • The concept of Body-Mind-Spirit is developed in the context of energy medicine and quantum physics, considered by some to be the new medicine of the 21st century. The potential of coaching in the relief of pain and illness is explored.
  • The ultimate goal is to put into practice the knowledge acquired to design and achieve the best version of oneself, integrating physical, mental and spiritual aspects to achieve an integral wellbeing.

Methodology

The program combines theoretical sessions with practical exercises to facilitate a dynamic, experiential and transformational training experience to ensure that new knowledge is applied correctly.

The online program is in a synchronous classroom. The trainer is delivering the content and managing student participation live at all times.
