Following having an initial contact with the team (getting to know about its momentum, ceremonies and challenges), we partner to design what type of team they want to be, to allow the team generate their own rules to operate as a team and hold internal coexistence, to develop their shared vision and goals and, last but not least, to accompany during some of the work meetings, so that their learning is sustainable over time.
