Coaching processes
What is a coaching process?
When we talk about coaching processes, we refer to the ongoing relationship between coach and coachee, where they work on the latter's objectives. These processes are divided into sessions, usually lasting approximately one and a half hours each.
These sessions progress through certain stages, in which we define the context, the current and ideal situation, a feedback phase, the definition of the action plan and a follow-up of the actions being carried out.
Benefits of a coaching process
Define objectives
It allows us to define our objectives precisely and to know where to focus our efforts to achieve them.
Vision of reality
It offers another view of reality, analyzing and questioning unproductive beliefs, skills or habits and behaviours.
Opportunity to explore
It is an opportunity to explore previously unseen alternatives that may provide new possibilities for achieving our goals.
Refreshing skills
Strengthening conversational skills, team management and leadership.
