The professional practice of coaching is the raison of being Escuela Europea de Coaching in Barcelona, where we strive to share the effectiveness of this extraordinary discipline to accompany and enhance the results that can lift organizations and individuals.
You have at your disposal all the experience of 15 years dedicated to coaching and an extensive academic program so that you can become certified as a professional executive coach accredited by the EEC and the International Coach Federation (ICF). If you are already trained as a coach, we offer you the possibility of specializing in other areas of coaching with new tools and skills.
We believe in the importance of training and continuous learning and we accompany you after your certification as an executive coach to reach your full potential as a coach through workshops and face-to-face events in Barcelona and online. In addition, we regularly organize workshops that will reveal the power of coaching to you if you don't already know it.
Since 2003, we have been helping companies to improve their results through the development of management skills and executive coaching competencies. Your organization can also get the most out of it: we work hand in hand with you until we find what your company needs.
Upcoming Calls
We collaborate in the design of leadership programs until the competencies of executive coaching are transferred to the position. In our classrooms, we offer the benchmark program in the market to become a coach and we accompany coaches to facilitate the specialization of active coaches.
