Level 2 is underpinned by a solid theoretical base and practice, with a strong focus on learning not only knowledge but, more importantly, learning how to apply knowledge effectively. At EEC, concepts and the variety of tools that are trained to become a coach are totally aligned with the International Coaching Federation's model of key competencies. At EEC, Level 2 is made of two Cycles, being Cycle I - Fundamentals and Cycle II - Extensive training. Both are necessary to obtain your Executive Coaching Certification by EEC approved by ICF.
