Cycle II – Executive Coaching Certification Programme October 2026 Weekdays

 

In Cycle II of the Executive Coaching Certification Program you will practice as a coach and receive feedback right from the start. These Coaching practices, the group and mentoring sessions, and the individual feedback and supervision you'll receive (and learn to give) build the main guidelines of this part of the program. 

Cycle II Executive Coaching Program 

Cycle II — 20th October 2025 to 6th April 2027

From 4pm to 7, 8 or 9pm (Madrid, CET).

 

  • 111 hours synchronous theory-based training webinars, coaching practices and experiential dynamics: 16 training sessions + 8 coaching practices sessions.
  • 25 hours assignment and homework
  • 10 hours mentoring
  • LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2 diploma
