Speak in a clear, entertaining and convincing manner, both to a small audience and to a large one, is a fundamental skill in our professional lives today.

In this practical workshop, EEC delivers more than 20 years of experience in communication and training and offers participants a customized train-the-trainer training.

Participants learn facilitation tools that ensure a strong message and a rich interaction with their audience.

Who is the target audience?

Aimed at trainers, managers and any professional interested in enhancing their public presentations and speaking.

Goals

  • Learn practical ideas for preparing and delivering high-impact presentations or training sessions.
  • Use the question to get the audience's interest and at the same time receive feedback on how they are perceiving us.
  • Learn to use the tools of “learning by doing”.
  • Lead the group to make thinking visible.
  • Be confident in games and dynamics that excite and consolidate learning.
  • Create awareness of body as an strategic asset when positioning in front of the audience.
  • Identify judgments and beliefs that block effective communication.
  • Acquire strategies to manage difficulties and blockages.
  • Get familiar with traps to watch out for and tricks to manage complex situations.

Syllabus

The body and emotion: training the adaptation in speed to what happens "on stage" | Improvisation and fluency through theatrical games | Connection with the audience: "the 4th wall" | The voice and its inflections | The open question, debate and reflection.

Objectives: what we are going to train for, expected results | Design of the structure of the session: beginning, development and closing | Selection of messages, strong ideas, supports, dynamics, exercises.

From where I speak: I introduce myself | Presenting a concept, idea or novelty. The message | Golden rules to motivate the audience | Questions that I ask myself and that I ask the audience | Dynamics and resources at the service of emotion, play and learning.

Training of corporality, gaze and openness | Theatre improvisation games to understand different types of audiences | Preparation and implementation of real practices with feedback from an expert | Opening the debate: triangulation.

Identifying the different forms fear takes and building confidence are essential leadership skills. The leader who understands the impact of fear on decision-making can inspire his or her team to face challenges with courage and confidence.
