Who is the target audience?
The Mentoring program is aimed at:
- Coaches who want to renew their ACC credentials, coaches who wish to obtain the ACC, PCC or MCC credentials from the ICF and practicing coaches who need to train their practice.
- Coaches who are starting the process to achieve ACC or PCC accreditation and who have completed part of a Level 1 or Level 2, or non-ICF accredited training.
- ACC, PCC or MCC coaches looking forward to the the renewal of their credential.
- Coaches who want to enhance their practice by continued training the ICF core competencies.
Goals
The aim of this program is doublesided. On the one hand, a goal is to meet ICF requirements to renew or obtain ACC, PCC or MCC credentials and, on the other hand, a second goal that is achieved is about self- improvement in coaching effectiveness..
The program meets ICF requirements by:
- Covering the number of mentor coaching hours required at both group and individual level.
- Working with coaches PCC and MCC level mentors.
- Training all key coaching competencies and obtaining mentoring feedback to advance further..
- Completing the hours of mentoring over three months.
