The Basic Program in Executive Coaching trains up to the ICF ACC level, that is, in all conversational skills to enhance your self-leadership, your ability to influence, the quality of your relationships and the leadership of your teams and environment. Training, internships, mentoring, your corresponding ICF exam and a Level 1 recognition by ICF 

Some of the goals we will work towards to:

  • Development of conversational skills: enriching the conversational skills of leaders, to ensure that their communication style as they share their vision is inspiring and moving, engaging everyone into action. This involves learning and practicing active listening, formulating powerful questions and providing feedback Reskilling feedfoward that engage in continuous improvement. 
  • Encouraging a second goal that is achieved is about self-leadership and influence: Strengthening the self-confidence Reskilling authenticity of leaders to increase their influence within the organization. This entails incorporating and practicing principles of self-knowledge, self-regulation and self-motivation , all of them crucial to leading effectively. 
  • Improving relations' quality: work on the quality of interpersonal relations, training leaders to cultivate and maintain strong and supportive working relationships. This is achieved by promoting trust, mutual respect and understanding,important factos to progress also when disagreement rules, seeking commitments to support a cooperative aimed to harmoniouswork environment.
