Explore the essence of leadership through the lens of history's most influential playwright, William Shakespeare.

With this workshop we invite participants to immerse themselves in dynamics that merge classic literature and modern leadership practices. Through emblematic scenes, we offer a unique experience to understand and improve leadership and communication skills.

  • Understand the fundamentals of constructive negotiation.
  • Identify loyalties and how they influence agreements.
  • Differentiate between interests and positions to negotiate effectively. Recognize the importance of mediation and non-violent communication in building trust...

  • Observation: Learn to see beyond the words to understand the true negotiating position.
  • Feelings: Recognizing and managing emotions that arise in a negotiation process.
  • Needs: Identify your own and others' needs in order to reach satisfactory agreements.
