Goals
The key objective of this program is to achieve excellence in your performance as a coach, either to achieve your next credential as a master coach or to make a qualitative leap in your activity. In addition, throughout the program you will achieve:
ADVANCE
- In your excellence as a coach through group and individual mentoring by EEC's MCC (ICF Master Certified) coach mentors with extensive experience accompanying expert coaches in their development.
DEEPEN
- In your coaching practice, through real-time supervision of your coaching sessions using the coach key competencies model to consolidate your mastery of the MCC level markers.
ANALYZE
- Intervention strategies, through different tools, to strengthen your performance and integrate advanced skills throughout the program.
WORK
- In a professional collective learning environment where you can share and experience best practices to optimize your skills.
Methodology
As an expert coach, this program will enrich you and at the same time respect your own coaching style, encouraging participation and the creation of a trustful space to build, out of diversity, an excellent coaching practice at MCC level.
To this end, each of the 14 meetings with an MCC coach, a professional mentor, is committed to a comprehensive work of deepening through different resources, dynamics, master classes and mentoring, both in groups and privately, to advance your excellence as a coach towards achieving your MCC credential or towards the qualitative leap you are looking for in your professional practice.
The program entails pre-work, individual work prior to meeting, and a post-work to consolidate your learning and obtain optimal returns from the meetings. Also, participants get involved in observed coaching sessions to work with mentors in advancing towards MCC skills.
Additional resources such as readings and analysis projects will complement a deep work in advanced coaching concepts. Private practices are designed to reach an MCC confidence level.
Workshops are significantly experiential. Practices and dynamics allow participants to apply concepts first-hand and receive feedback to ensure expert level.

Qualification
El Programa Avanzado para Coaches Expertos: Certificación Master Coach de EEC está reconocido por ICF (la International Coaching Federation) con el sello Level 3 como Educación en Coaching de Nivel 3
ICF accredits the full 90 hours of the program as specific coaching education, hence providing a Level 3 seal as accredited Education for MCC applicants.
Participants who complete this program will be able to apply for their ICF MCC credential as having completed a Level 3. Subsequently, all applicants will need to complete the Accreditation Exam, directly administered by ICF.
Participants who complete this program for the purpose of renewing their PCC credential will be able to credit both: continuing education hours (CCEs), and the ICF-required Mentoring.

Admission requirements
- Hold or have held the PCC credential by ICF.
- Practicing coaches conducting at least one private client coaching process throughout the program.
- Previous interview with EEC academic consultants.
- Complete registration and conditions prior to program starting date.
