Rules of participation

Attendance at ESCUELA EUROPEA DE COACHING SL (EEC) lectures, activities and programmes requires the knowledge and acceptance by the attendee of these rules.
 
RULES OF PARTICIPATION
  • The recording, copying or reproduction of the content of the sessions by the attendees is expressly forbidden.
 
  • The material provided in the framework of the presentation or activity, both during and after the session, is for the exclusive use of the student or attendee in the context of the session in which he/she will participate. Commercial use of the material provided is prohibited, as well as its publication, dissemination by any means or communication without the prior written authorisation of EEC.
 
MODALITIES OF PARTICIPATION
Attendees may participate in the event either in person or via the Internet (online attendance). In each case, the attendee is informed of the following:
 
Face-to-face attendance
 
  • EEC may record the event in order to guarantee the quality of its services and, if necessary, to disseminate and communicate its content for informative, educational and commercial purposes, on its own or third party websites, and in the context of activities held at its premises.
  • By accepting these rules, the attendee is informed of said recording and expressly consents to the recording of his/her voice and image within the framework of the event, as well as its subsequent dissemination in accordance with the conditions indicated.
 
Online assistance
 
  • The platforms used to facilitate online attendance at EEC events include a chat tool that is intended to allow attendees to participate in EEC events and share their comments and impressions, the use of which will be moderated by EEC.
  • On the above mentioned platforms, there is the possibility to enable the camera and/or microphone of your device, if you choose to do so, your image and/or voice will be recorded and can be used for research, educational or commercial purposes by EEC[1].
  • If you do not want your image and/or voice to be captured and broadcast, remember not to enable the camera and microphone functions.
  • The identification of each participant, in order to take part in the online sessions, must be carried out on the platforms by indicating their name and surname, for the purpose of facilitating interaction and accrediting, where appropriate, attendance at the sessions.
  • The use of the tool for the dissemination of messages of a commercial nature or the publication of offensive, denigrating or, in any way, unlawful comments is not permitted.
  • EEC reserves the right to immediately cancel the participation of any attendee in case of violation of these rules, which the attendee undertakes to respect.
 
[1]The authorisation for the use of the content in which the assignor's own image is distinguished is made under the protection of the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Self-Image. The authorisation shall be for promotional use and shall not be subject to any time limit or restricted to the national scope of any country, renouncing any remuneration, action, claim or demand as a consequence of the aforementioned use.
 
 
DATA PROTECTION
 
Your personal data will be the responsibility of EEC and will be used for the management of the event in which you are participating and, if you have expressly consented, for the dissemination of the event and the sending of electronic communications of a commercial nature about EEC products, services and activities. No communications to third parties are foreseen.
