I have been involved in training, quality assessment and recruitment for 20 years, as well as implementing brand philosophy and image.
I am motivated by working for and with people and teams. And I also feel fortunate for this, as I see training as a two-way relationship in which both parties benefit, involving continuous learning and sharing.
From coaching, I discovered that we all have an innate talent and an innate leader, and since then I have been committed to accompanying individuals and teams to discover it, not by enlightening them, but by making them shine on their own.
My mantra is, "you believe what you believe", and that is that when your perspective on the world changes, the world changes.
