What is your passion?
I consider myself a passionate person by nature. I’m enthusiastic about travelling, learning new things, walking in the woods, swimming in the sea, a good conversation, reading, gastronomy, meeting interesting people, and spending quality time with my tribe.
Why are you in coaching?
I’m fascinated by the opportunity to support people in their journeys of self-discovery, growth, and transformation.
How did you come to coaching?
At first, it was out of curiosity — then I discovered my true calling.
Define yourself in one sentence
We are constant possibilities. You decide who you want to BE.
What is your favourite book and song and why?
I’m an avid reader — I enjoy everything from coaching and personal growth books to novels and poetry.
The two books I always recommend are:
- La vieja sirena by José Luis Sampedro.
- La tregua by Mario Benedetti.
Their characters are pure humanity.
Song:
- Gabriel’s Oboe by Ennio Morricone — a piece that fills me with both serenity and joy.
