From very early on in my career I have had a strong entrepreneurial vision, influenced by my family environment, which today translates into the purpose of contributing to the continuity of the legacy of valuable projects - such as this school - in the face of the challenge of generational change that affects many SMEs in Spain. I also have a passion for my family and sport - especially skiing, padel and golf.

Over time it has become increasingly clear to me that we are at a strategic moment for coaching, especially as it relates to leadership and team development. The tangible results it generates have further enhanced the value of key competencies such as talent management, mentoring, motivation and self-awareness, all of which are fundamental for today's leadership.

From my early days in multinationals I have experienced coaching as a coachee, an experience that allowed me to understand its impact and recognise its strategic role in the development of leaders and teams.

A people-oriented entrepreneur, committed to developing talent and giving continuity to projects with impact.
