Ana Isabel Ayán
Ana Isabel Ayán San José holds a degree in Psychology, with postgraduate training in Human Resources Management and Emotional Intelligence. She has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking, insurance, construction and training consultancy sectors, where her career has focused on the management and revitalisation of sales teams, customer service, financial advisory services and people development. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the analysis, design and implementation of training projects and has amassed over 4,000 hours delivering programmes in technical and transversal skills and competencies.

Because I like to make things easier and help people stock their toolkit to achieve their goals.
How did you come to coaching?
Through personal reflection on the “type of lenses” with which I interpret the world and the need to learn to use different pairs of glasses to be happier.

What is your favourite book and song and why?
- Recommended book: Africanus (The Son of the Consul) by Santiago Posteguillo: A fabulous combination of history told through the strengths, vanities and vulnerabilities of its protagonists.
- A song: Beautiful, beautiful By Thiago Navarro: Because it is from the simple things that our hearts are gladdened and our souls are illuminated.
