Ana Isabel Ayán
Ana Isabel Ayán San José holds a degree in Psychology, with postgraduate training in Human Resources Management and Emotional Intelligence. She has over 25 years of professional experience in the banking, insurance, construction and training consultancy sectors, where her career has focused on the management and revitalisation of sales teams, customer service, financial advisory services and people development. Throughout her career, she has been involved in the analysis, design and implementation of training projects and has amassed over 4,000 hours delivering programmes in technical and transversal skills and competencies.

Why are you in coaching?
Because I like to make things easier and help people stock their toolkit to achieve their goals.
How did you come to coaching?
Through a personal reflection on the “type of glasses” with which I interpret the world and the need to learn to use different pairs of glasses to be happier.

What is your favourite book and song and why?
- Recommended book: Africanus (The Consul's Son) by Santiago Posteguillo: A fabulous combination of history told from the strengths, vanity, and vulnerabilities of its protagonists.
- A song: Beautiful, beautiful by Thiago Navarro: Because it is from the simplest things that our hearts are filled with joy and our souls are illuminated.
