With over 30 years of experience in sectors such as banking, consultancy, training, and wellbeing, Eva has built a strong career in team management, quality audits, and customer service. Since 2018, she has been working as an executive coach, helping companies and professionals enhance their skills and reach peak performance. She has worked with organisations such as FIDAMC (Airbus Group), Grupo Panorama, Remax, and Óptima Grupo, among others. She is also a member of the Education Committee at the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC), actively contributing to continuous improvement in the business world.

What is your passion?
Spending time with my family and friends, travelling, being by the sea, and dancing fill me with energy.
Why are you in coaching?
It was a major discovery for me. When I joined the school as a student over 10 years ago, by the third day I knew it: “This is what I want to do!” And from that moment on, I haven’t stopped working — and I keep on learning.
How did you come to coaching?
Following a major change in my life, I decided to move forward in my personal development and a great friend of mine recommended it to me.
