What is your passion?
I am passionate about investigating and discovering what lies behind appearances, what is visible at first glance. It is a matter of understanding as one goes deeper and deeper, revealing what is not so obvious at first glance. In this way, one gets to know people, the world around us and oneself better, and I never cease to be amazed both by the uniqueness that lies behind each of us and by the similarity that makes us alike.
Why are you in coaching?
I am involved in coaching because I believe that people can live differently when we reflect and realise certain things. Sometimes we find it difficult to simply stop our activity and question our ways of thinking and acting, sometimes living a life without enthusiasm and motivation. The change towards a more fulfilling and satisfying life for people in the different environments in which we live sometimes depends on very little, on steps that are there but we cannot see them. I believe that with the help of a coach, this process is facilitated and strongly encouraged.
How did you come to coaching?
I came to coaching when I was managing the legal department of a company and we were given coaching skills training for different managers in the group. It was a very enriching experience in which we left refreshed and amazed at the new perspectives that, thanks to coaching, we could glimpse and the alternatives they offered us.
Define yourself in one sentence
I consider myself independent, clear and direct in expressing what I think and what I feel, with the ability to perceive emotionally and mentally what is going on around me and with a lot of enthusiasm for the game and a sense of humour.
