Description

This book reveals how by observing the complexity of the living being that is the team, a set of crafts can be used to make it more cohesive, intelligent and effective.
Luis Carchak shares his learnings and reflections by analyzing practical cases. Using colloquial language, good humor and friendliness, we access his learnings in his daily practice accompanying teams.

The author has come a long way in his search for a non-intrusive style, with very few words and few gestures, which allows him to accompany the team while it operates in real time, coordinating actions to achieve its results.

What characteristics do all coaching practices have, without exception, so that the team can dance without interrupting the flow of its task? They are subtle, light, they do not judge or condemn, they do not manipulate or pressure, they have the density of a goose feather in the wind, but they possess a powerful effectiveness.
If you are team coach, we expect this book will provide with a space of reflection about your own professional practice.
If you are an individual executive coach, we want you to obtain an ongoing learning experience for yourself.
If you are a team leader or team member, we expect you may say "ok, now I have some new ideas, let me try something different within my team next week"
