What is your passion?
I would say that my passion is the Human Being, with capital letters.
Why are you in coaching?
When I stopped being a lawyer, I went through a three-month process with a consultancy firm to validate that I was not making a mistake in changing profession. It is a well-known process in France that allows to assess skills, professional competences and also aspirations, desires, etc. At the end of the process, the consultant told me "Sofia, you have to be a coach!" I didn't know this word and I didn't know anything about coaching, but I kept this idea in my mind for years until I finally decided to take the step and finally accept to dedicate myself to something that makes me happy!
How did you come to coaching?
When I am coaching, I have the feeling of "being in my place", in my element. It's quite difficult to explain, but that's how it is! It seems to me the most natural thing in the world.
