My great passions are life and humans. As Publius Terentius Africanus would say "nothing human is alien to me".

Because I genuinely believe in the perfectibility of the human being and I find that coaching is a discipline that supports processes of loving transformation from the generation of awareness, autonomy, freedom, unconditional responsibility, trust.

I was working on a schools for excellence project, which involved accompanying teachers in developing critical thinking skills and creativity in basic education children. The main obstacle was to accompany teachers in the personal change they needed to make this possible. That is how I trained in 1998 with Arthur Costa from Stanford in Cognitive Coaching and... the rest is history.

I am like a haute cuisine chef: passionate, conscious, intellectual, crazy, rational, sybarite and connected to the poetry of life.
