ICF has introduced a new model of Key Coach Competencies, which will come into effect in 2021. A new model that the entire coaching community needs to know about.
EEC, the most prestigious school in the market, launches this September a new programme that brings experienced coaches up to date in professional competencies.
In particular, the TRAINING PROGRAMME IN THE NEW KEY COMMENTS that kicks off on 22 Septemberenables coaches to update their coaching, adjust to the new ICF requirements, improve their level of coaching performance and work hand in hand with EEC MCC and PCC coaches.
The format is 100% online and, like all EEC online training, it takes place in a synchronous classroom, i.e. live. It is a programme made up of 10 modules that can be taken as a whole or according to the competencies that each participant considers should be reinforced and is aimed at coaches who have at least the equivalent flight hours to the ICF ACC.
