The European School of Coaching brings the most recognised coaching training in Spain to a diverse range of professionals. This includes two new in-person editions of the initial phase of its Executive Coaching Certification (Level 2 by ICF)one in English in Barcelona (Cycle I) and another in Spanish in Madrid (Cycle I), on Saturdays and Sundays.
EEC's coaching certification addresses a clear market need: professionals capable of lead conversations, manage complexity and support change processes.
In an environment where AI automates tasks, professional differentiation is increasingly based on advanced human skills: Listening, influence, critical thinking, feedback and conflict management.
Employability: why this certification brings real value
This training increases employability because it develops skills that are explicitly sought after in multiple roles today:
- Leadership and management (Difficult conversations, motivation, performance, feedback).
- HR, Talent, L&D and People (support, development, culture, career conversations).
- Consulting and facilitation (Teamwork, communication, decision-making).
- Consultative selling and commercial management (Ask better, understand needs, negotiate, build trust).
- Career transition and coaching practice (Credentials and methodology for practice).
Furthermore, by being aligned with ICF standards, it facilitates a stronger positioning for those who wish to work as coaches in corporate and international contexts. And it's not an opinion, it's a statistic: Around 75%% of certified EEC coaches develop their coaching practice as paid work.
Usefulness and impact from the first stage
The Cycle I Initiation It's not a theoretical introduction: it's training that generates applicable changes from the first month. In this first part, the student:
- build a solid foundation of Conversation skills (listening, questions, presence, clarity),
- Learn to hold complex conversations with structure (without avoiding or bulldozing).,
- Develop a more communicative style Assertive and effective,
- identifies their own patterns (holding back, reacting, postponing conversations) and transforms them with practice.
In other words, the participant improves their professional performance because they change the way they converse, lead, and manage relationships.
The practical: in-person format for real training
These in-person courses are designed to make learning experiential: guided practice, dynamics, feedback and live coaching. Less «content to know» and more «training to know how to do». Additionally, they include the latest advancements made in training, such as the I work with an AI simulator and have access to HR managers.
