Coaching consultancy enters the classroom
The session alongside Bankinter will be the first of several Exclusive masterclasses for enrolled students which EEC will hold throughout the year. This first in-person event in Madrid, the rest online for the students that EEC certifies as coaches worldwide.
In the coming months, until the end of the year, another three executives from different companies will participate, specifically in June, October, and November, who will share with future carmakers all about their experience hiring EEC Consultancy services or coaching training within their organisations.
Through this cycle, EEC consolidates a differential offering: to introduce their students to the experience of companies that already use coaching as a practice for leadership, development and culture.
