Luis Carchak brings together in one volume his decades of experience in accompanying business teams.

23 February 2021

Luis Carchak, MCC coach and director of the international team coaching programme at EEC, publishes this month 'Team coaching in practice. Crafts of accompaniment to facilitate changes in teams, companies and their leaders'.

A book in which he brings together his experience as a team coach for more than 20 years, in which he has accompanied dozens of organisations and their people to achieve results and develop their well-being.

In 'Team Coaching in Practice', Luis Carchak reveals how to accompany a team as it operates in real time, using a set of crafts in a non-intrusive style, with few words and gestures, but with powerful effectiveness, and coordinating actions to achieve its results.

In addition, the author analyses real cases and shares, with simple language and good humour, lessons and reflections from his daily practice.

The book, to be published in March by Editorial Lid, is aimed at three clear audiences: for people who are already coaches in teams, "to reflect on their own practice"; for executive coaches, "to learn about other processes and expand their offer"; and for leaders or team members, "to rethink their roles and understand what to do or not to do to guide the company towards a specific goal".

Presentation at EEC Alumni

Luis Carchak will present his book in a free activity on 25 March as part of the EEC Alumni community, where he will be accompanied by the coach and consultant Juan Vera, expert in Politics; Javier Cremades, President of Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo and President of the World Association of Jurists, who has collaborated as author of the foreword; Laura Madrigal, editorial manager of LID; and Silvia Guarnieri, founding partner of Escuela Europea de Coaching.
