Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2021, the hybrid year

We have called the graphic summary of our activity in 2021 "The Hybrid Year", a time in which we have strengthened our online activity as we begin to return to face-to-face activity.

A year in which we have been involved in the development of more than 5,000 people. through classroom training (online and face-to-face), in-company projects and free activities, most of which are organised by EEC Alumni.

In total, more than 8,000 hours of training. and training in which more than 3,000 business professionals, 550 classroom participants and more than 2,300 workshop participants have participated.

The EEC Consultancy department has implemented its solutions in more than 150 projects, of which 85% consisted of customised consultancy projects and developments and 15% of strategic support to CEOs and management committees.

In terms of training in programmes that Escuela Europea de Coaching holds open to interested individuals and professionals, in 2021 more than 500 people participated in more than 55 calls, which means that EEC runs more than two different programmes every month.

An extensive offer that has been followed by people from Spain (75%) and Latin America (18%). Of these participants, the majority are senior managers in their organisations. In addition, the 40% of them do so in Human Resources departments,  while two other large groups work as psychologists or consultants.

Collaboration with companies and classroom training are added to two other pillars that describe the EEC's activity: free online training workshops and executive coaching hours. In terms of workshops, a total of 2,310 people participated in EEC webinars in 2021, of whom 1,980 have attended EEC Alumni, which has distributed a total of 319 ICF CCE credits.

Finally, executive coaching, one of the EEC's core activities, although, as these figures show, by no means the only or the most predominant, has been the main activity of the EEC. a total of 7,600 hours in more than 670 coaching processes21% of which 21% involved team coaching processes and the rest, the bulk, individual coaching processes.
