This book reveals how by looking at the complexity of the living thing that is the team, a set of crafts can be used to make it more cohesive, intelligent and effective.
Luis Carchak shares his learnings and reflections by analysing practical cases. With a colloquial language, good humour and proximity, we gain access to his learnings in his daily practice accompanying teams.

The author has gone a long way in the search for a non-intrusive style, with very few words and gestures, which allows him to accompany the team as it operates in real time, coordinating actions to achieve its results.

What are the characteristics of all the coach's practices, without exception, so that the team can dance with him without interrupting the flow of their task? They are subtle, light, non-judgmental, non-condemning, non-manipulative, non-pressuring, as dense as a goose feather in the wind, but powerfully effective.
If you are team coach, we expect this book will provide with a space of reflection about your own professional practice.
If you are an individual executive coach, we want you to obtain an ongoing learning experience for yourself.
And if you are a leader or a member of a team, you can say: "Well, I have several ideas, I will try something different next week".
