Francisco J. Junquera
Francisco J. Junquera is an MCC coach certified by the ICF with over 5,000 hours of experience. As the Head of the Coaching and Health area at EEC, he has designed the Biology of Observer Change Program and serves as an instructor in the Health Coaching Program. Francisco is also an Executive Coach, trainer, and supervisor for the Executive Coaching Certification Program. He holds a degree in Organic Chemistry from UCM, expanded his training in clinical analysis, and collaborated with the CSIC, where he published research on medical chemistry. Later, he completed a Master’s in Psychoanalysis to complement his scientific training. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostics sectors, having held various executive roles at Bayer and Johnson & Johnson.
