Yanina Carchak
She works as a coach carrying out individual processes, both in an organisational and personal context. She is a trainer, mentor and supervisor according to ICF standards in Executive Coaching Certification courses and in the Coach Expert in Emotional Management programme. She is a trainer in Soft Skills workshops in multinational companies and SMEs. She accompanies her clients in the design of effective conversations and communications from an interpersonal point of view. She creates training content and has collaborated as an author in the book Distinciones de Coaching (2020) - Editorial Lid.

I accompany people in their transformation and learning challenges. I want my work to contribute to building bonds based on listening, commitment and trust.
How did you come to coaching?
I was fortunate to be brought up in an environment of professionals who were passionate about their work. They made their vocation a legacy.
