My passions are many. The main one is reading. An adventure book, a love story, a funny novel, makes me feel very good, but also books on leadership, management skills and coaching. I love reading them in parallel, making notes. Good music (Bossa nova, jazz, Queen, Michael Jackson...).

Because I enjoy it, I learn every day, I meet different and very interesting people, and I can make a living out of it. Coaching is the best thing I have ever had in my professional life.

I have been working for more than 20 years in activities related to the development of people in organisations. I left the company where I was to train as a coach and to have more independence, more autonomy: I am calm and happy with this life.

We are what we do day by day, so excellence is not an act, but a habit. I borrowed it from Aristotle.
