What is your passion?
My work. I love being close to people, feeling the connection we are able to generate with each other when we get in tune and when we have a heart to heart conversation, where emotion is balanced with reason creating a space of freedom where there is room for laughter and tears, sadness and joy, fear and love. That experience makes me feel very much alive.
Why are you in coaching?
Because I believe in the Human Being, in his nobility, in his authenticity and in his value. And Coaching with its tools enables me to serve people who feel concern and commitment to unfold their potential and to achieve what is really important to them.
How did you come to coaching?
My interest in personal development issues goes back to my student days, when I was a fan of yoga, workshops, conferences and books on personal development was what attracted me most and what I used to occupy my free time with. I decided to let go of the practice of labour law to turn my hobby into my first professional activity in 1994. Little by little I found the way to turn what I liked the most into my profession. It was then that Coaching appeared as a real and authentic possibility to continue to grow as a person and as a professional.
Define yourself in one sentence
I consider myself a brave, positive, risk-taking and persevering person, I am recharged with energy by the contact with the sea and the silence, my favourite colour is white.
