I am passionate about music, it makes me vibrate, it inspires me and gives me creativity, I practice the saxophone and I share in certain workshops or coaching sessions some melodies as a catalyst.

I am also passionate about reading, going to the theatre and opera, I recognise art in all its expressions.

Because I found a purpose and it allowed me to reinvent myself, I studied systems and after almost 15 years of working in this field, coaching appeared in my life and it caught me, I found how to help others to see themselves and to find themselves in order to enhance their abilities and qualities.

I was invited by a friend to a conference and when I started to experience it I connected and wanted to share it with others.

The Four Agreements by Miguel Ruiz, based on Toltec culture, and has been on the New York Times bestseller list for a decade. For me, this book marked a turning point in how I approach life now and how I transform my thoughts into positivity to help and motivate myself. It’s a guiding force that helps me stay centered.
