I am passionate about music, the mountains and history, as well as playing sports on a regular basis.

I feel that we bring something very positive to society and in particular to the world of organizations: living with passion, responsibility and serenity.

From my point of view, because of my professional evolution. I came from the world of assessing people, but I lacked the ability to accompany them in their own development. Entering the world of coaching felt like the first time I visited the British Museum: I couldn't imagine how huge it was.

I identify with the image of a rainbow in the dark.
