What is your passion?
I feel the same emotion in a coaching session as I do making music. It's a human story, there is a transformation and a lot of emotions involved.
Why are you in coaching?
It is a personal privilege to be able to accompany and assist the growth of individuals and teams and it brings me great pleasure to share the joy and excitement of the challenges achieved.
How did you come to coaching?
My father is a coach and I loved what he told me he did, it seemed to me that I could fit in like a glove and become one of those people who do what they love and are good at.
Define yourself in one sentence
One of my teachers gave me this phrase: "in music, before giving yourself, you have to belong to yourself". As a coach, I believe it is important to keep learning about oneself in order to be able to accompany others.
