Learning. I am passionate about discovering cultures, concepts, methods, languages, people, books.... and letting myself be surprised by everything that exists out there. And I am passionate about dancing (if it can be salsa, that's complete happiness)... From all these discoveries I make my own what really resonates and completes me, and so I continue on a path of continuous growth that improves on the previous version and that, drum roll.... "has no end!

Because I have a mentality oriented towards achieving goals and continuous improvement, in addition to the "mania" of feeling wonderful when I have a positive impact on others, such as facilitating change in my coachees... Coaching is the perfect formula that combines both variables and it is a privilege to be able to channel my talent and need in this profession.

Leading the implementation of a complex initiative (Six Sigma) in a multinational, where I had to accompany many professionals individually in acquiring the necessary competencies, as group training was not enough. Discovering the impact of these individual and personalised meetings with each of these professionals, with their different needs, made me look into how I could continue along this path... and I discovered that coaching was the answer that best suited me and the impact I was looking to have... That was 10 years ago and I am still just as in love, committed and convinced of the purpose of this profession.
