Team Coaching FAQs: keys to focused intervention
In this activity we will address, in a practical and direct format, the most common questions that arise when an organisation considers starting a team coaching process.
We will work on issues such as:
- The internal team coach: role, responsibilities and limits.
- Commitments of the leader in a team coaching process: what is expected and what facilitates (including the challenge of the fear of being vulnerable).
- Types of objectives in team coaching: how to formulate them and align them with the business.
- Traceability of results: how to track progress and evidence of change.
- When is team coaching useful? Situations where it brings real value and when another approach is appropriate.
The session will end with 10 minutes for questions from the floor.
