During the meeting, we will address some key questions for leaders and teams:

  • What is coaching really and how can it be applied in professional contexts?.
  • What costs organisations incur from avoided conversations.
  • What are the limits of AI when it comes to leadership: script, efficiency and data versus empathy, presence and human judgement.
  • What concrete tools can help prepare for and sustain difficult conversations with greater clarity, confidence, and impact?.

At the event, we will discuss coaching applied to leadership, the cost of avoiding difficult conversations, the limits of AI versus human empathy, and practical tools for addressing key conversations in teams and organisations.
