ABOUT THE RAPPORTEUR
CÉSAR FERNÁNDEZ. César Fernández holds a degree in Psychology, an MBA from ESADE, a Master's degree in Business Research and a PhD in Business. He has been Associate Director at Norman-Broadbent and Talengo, where he has led projects for the identification and development of management talent and organisational transformations. He has 20 years of experience as an executive and team coach in IBEX35 companies and large multinationals. Associate Professor at UAB and Mentor at ESADE Alumni. He trained as an executive coach ACTP at the EEC, as well as the team coaching programme.
