Under the title 'The Amazing Adventure of Adolescence: A workshop for parents to effectively connect with teenagers and boost adolescent talent'.The European School of Coaching (EEC) will be facilitating this meeting with parents of teenagers who are part of the exclusive YPO organisation, which brings together CEOs under the age of 50.
The main objective of the workshop, on Thursday 28 March, is "to generate a new way of looking at adolescence in general as well as how to approach particular issues with our children", reports Rosa Barriusoexpert in adolescence, coach, trainer at EEC and teacher of the workshop together with María Ancochea, coach, academic director of EEC.
In addition, participants will have "the opportunity to share, to generate a learning community in which to reflect together, ask questions, share doubts and generate answers, based on the personal and family situation of the participants", continues María Ancochea, coach and academic director of EEC, explaining the proposal for this workshop.
