The legendary film GladiatorRidley Scott's film, has been the source of inspiration for a day of team building tailor-made for the Nestlé leadership team. An experiential experience that aims to reinforce the key competencies of its leadership model: Winning, Impact and People Development.
In collaboration with the European School of Coaching, Nestlé has brought together 120 leaders to work on leadership behaviours aligned with its vision: inspiring trust, mobilising teams towards a shared vision, and increasing creativity in solving complex challenges.
All of this from an approach that seeks to balance mind and heartintegrating results and humanity into every decision and every link within the team.
Through the metaphor of a team entering the arena from collective commitment, participants have explored how to build agreements, have powerful conversations and generate an environment of psychological safety to strengthen bonds and enhance team cohesion.
The day combined a combination of team coachingThe programme includes indoor exercises and outdoor challenges, facilitating learning through direct experience. These spaces for team building not only reinforce trust between leaders, but also provide practical tools to translate those learnings into day-to-day practice, inspiring behaviours that impact organisational culture and results.
The design and facilitation of the day has been led by Fernando Vargas, Project Manager at EECtogether with a team of more than ten professional coaches from the European School of Coachingexperts in leadership, teams and organisational transformation. The active and committed participation of the whole team has been key to create a safe, challenging and inspiring space.
A transformative day that reinforces Nestlé's commitment to conscious, connected and forward-looking leadership, after the success of the 2024 experience. Once again, Nestlé relies on EEC to support the development of its leaders.
