Leadership and coaching in the digital and AI era, impact and key issues to be discussed in 4 new EEC workshops

9 February 2026

At a time when artificial intelligence and the digital permeate all professions, at the Escuela Europea de Coaching we know that what is most human is not automatable, is artisanal and is increasingly in demand: the quality of leadership, conversations and the ability to accompany change processes.

That's why we open March with three face-to-face workshops in Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona, designed for executives, middle management, HR professionals and anyone who wants to develop their soft skills in depth.

5 March - EEC Valencia Workshop

Because no AI can replace a good leader

In this workshop we will explore what differentiates a truly human leader in a context where AI automates processes, but cannot replace empathy, judgement and the ability to build trust in teams.

We will work on:

  • The role of leadership in the age of AI.
  • Conversations that make a difference in teams.
  • Keys to inspirational leadership, beyond the data.

Liquid leadership in times of AI

In a β€œliquid” world, as Bauman described, leadership requires adapting and sustaining trust in contexts of rapid change. In this session we will discuss liquid leadership in times of AI: the key skills that make a difference today and how executive coaching offers a practical framework for developing them.

From that premise, we will present the certification programme and how executive coaching provides a practical framework for leading transformative conversations in contexts of constant change.

With Saul Larrayad. Head of EEC in Andorra, Executive Coach, trainer and supervisor of the Executive Coaching Certification Programme.
