HR managers reveal key aspects of working with cohesive teams

HR managers are clear, meeting to talk about 'leadership of cohesive teams working in a network', all agree; they point to the key factors of the role of the leader and shared vision and goals.

The leadership of cohesive teams working in a network' was the topic that Joan Díaz, Director of Catalonia and Corporate Business Development at EEC, debated together with David Payeras, Vicepresident Corporate HR development at Grifols.; Pere Ribes, HR director of Catalana Occidente; Beatriz Vila, HR director of Chiesi, and Paco León, HR director of Bayer, during the Talent Day in Barcelona. 

In addition, the managers highlighted the value of team coaching. This was the case of Beatriz Vila, HR director at Chiesi, who highlighted the positive impact of having worked on Team Coaching with the Management Committee, as it allowed reinforcing and strengthening key factors in cohesive teams such as "trust and commitment," as well as establishing "clear and shared rules" for all team members.

Hundreds of HR managers gathered in the same forum to discuss common concerns and experiences, to generate collaborative learning. The Talent Day 2017 in Barcelona, organised by Equipos y Talento and held on Wednesday 15 November, counted with the participation of EEC as moderators of one of the core workshops of the event.
