– Free online conference on Tuesday 3rd March at 2 p.m. Madrid time (Spain).
The coaching profession and the training to become a coach are more practical than theoretical. Following the guidelines set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which ensure the quality and rigour of the profession, require the coach to undertake a certain number of hours of classroom training, hours of individual coaching practice, mentored hours... on a permanent basis.
The European School of Coaching (EEC) will address the journey a coach can take to become internationally recognised by the ICF through a free webinar. The webinar will detail ICF coaching accreditations, the requirements needed to advance through coaching certifications, and how EEC's offerings meet these requirements.
At the online conference, Carmen Mellina, PCC coach and facilitator at EEC, will explain the purpose of the specialisation programmes for coaches at EEC as Supervision, which allows the participant to get closer to the ICF ACC by undertaking coaching practice, Teams and Cone, which allow for the accumulation of 53 and 48 hours of CCE respectively. He will also review other programmes such as Mentor Coach, Mentoring or Health.
The webinar I am already a coach It will take place on Tuesday 3rd March from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Madrid (Spain) time, and is open to EEC students as well as coaches certified by other schools who wish to explore how to continue their careers once certified in an ACTP programme.
