Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC) announces the addition of Ana Isabel Ayán San Josée, Talent Development Consultant, to the EEC Consultoría team in Madrid, to bolster business development and expand our capacity to support organisations.
A graduate in Psychology with postgraduate training in Human Resources Management and Emotional Intelligence, Ana Isabel has over 25 years of professional experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, construction, and training consultancy. Throughout her career, she has worked in commercial team management, people development, and the design and implementation of training projects, having delivered over 4,000 hours of training in skills and competencies.
At EEC, your role will be particularly focused on building relationships with companies and professionals, bringing our value proposition closer to organisations seeking to boost the leadership and development of their people and teams.
Her appointment arrives at a time of evolution in the activity of EEC Consulting, which in the past year has developed nearly 200 bespoke projects across a hundred companies and has brought on board almost 30 new accounts, and is also part of a new phase of growth and internationalisation for EEC worldwide.
