"Coaching is the art of asking questions to help other people, through learning, in the exploration and discovery of new beliefs that result in the achievement of their goals", defines Escuela Europea de Coaching (EEC), a reference school in the sector that on 23 May offers a workshop to unravel the tools and strategies behind coaching.
The workshop 'What is coaching from practice' also includes a free coaching session for the first three participants. Registrations can already be made via a registration form.
Alicia MoralesThe expert, PCC coach and facilitator of the ACTP Executive Coaching Certification Programme that EEC has been teaching since 2003, will be in charge of explaining the basic skills in a practical way. The expert will therefore carry out an analysis of the free coaching sessions and will explain the distinctions of coaching: what they are, what they are for and how they are used. She will also hold a discussion with people who have tried coaching prior to the workshop.
The event will be held at 18:00 at EEC Madrid (Calle Zurbano, 23 Entreplanta Derecha) and will be preceded by free coaching sessions for the first three registrants.
