Escuela Europea de Coaching kicks off the year as a benchmark in strategic conversations and business impact

In 2025, conversations have been the main driver of impact for the European Coaching School (EEC). Through thousands of open coaching sessions in corporate and training environments, together with the consolidation of initiatives such as the podcast Everything Happens in Conversation, The EEC begins the new year reinforced by its position as a benchmark in leadership development, organisational culture and executive coaching, with sustained growth, greater international presence and a solid expansion of the professional community.

Highlights of the year

During 2025, EEC has delivered close to a total of 10,000 hours of training,which amounts to an average of 185 hours of coaching training per week. Thus, EEC has completed some 4,500 hours of in-company training, 2,750 hours of corporate coaching, in addition to more than 750 Cycle I sessions and more than 1,500 hours of coaching in Cycle I.

In total, more than 500 people have been trained this year in the classrooms of Escuela Europea de Coaching and 150 new coaches have been certified, expanding EEC's professional network and impact. People who have had the opportunity to be trained at the more than 50 calls for proposals carried out over the course of the year. 

DCX: consolidation, expansion and business confidence

The DCX Digital Coaching Experience project consolidates its recruitment growth in 2025. Launched in 2023, this service, which provides organisations with a platform for structured coaching processes, accumulates more than 1,500 processes in 15 countries and six languages, year-on-year growth of 40%, a average satisfaction of 4.95/5 and a NPS of 90, reflecting confidence and sustained results.

«Organisations trust us because we don't just offer tools: we offer conversations that develop judgement, responsibility and real capacity to influence their leaders and teams,» says Silvia Guarnieri, partner of Escuela Europea de Coaching. «2025 confirms that the leadership that companies need today is thoughtful, prepared and deeply human», says Eva López-Acevedo.

Tailor-made projects in organisations

Throughout the year, EEC Escuela Europea de Coaching has also designed and carried out a further 200 tailor-made projects in a hundred companies and almost 30 new accounts, consolidating its role as a strategic ally in leadership, management development and cultural transformation processes, which are addressed with a highly personalised approach, close support and standards of excellence; in other words, boutique services, designed to respond precisely to the real needs and context of each organisation.

Everything Happens in Conversation: conversation that inspires and transforms

The video podcast "Everything Happens in Conversation has played a key role in the consolidation of EEC as a space for thought and meeting. On YouTube, the project exceeds 45,000 views between its first seven episodes.

«We think that the world is there to be transformed. And the world is in the first instance to be looked at, to be received, to be enjoyed», Pablo d'Ors recalled during his speech. For his part, the philosopher José Antonio Marina focused on the way in which we converse inside and outside organisations: «We do not discuss to seek the truth, but to defend our identity».

Events and professional community

In addition to these conversations, Escuela Europea de Coaching has also generated other conversations 16 that have taken place in as many events between direct LinkedIn, webinars, face-to-face workshops in Madrid and Barcelona, in Spanish and English, with more than 750 people registered and emissions which have individually exceeded the 1,300 views.

Alumni: an active and demanding community

Finally, in 2025, the Learning Community at the service of EEC Alumni is consolidating itself as an active and demanding space, with a high level of participation and a clear focus on practice and continuous development. Throughout the year, 15 activities were programmed, making 14.5 CCEs available, and a growing community was registered with nearly 2,000 registered participants and more than 1,000 attendees.

The impact was also reflected in recognition and progress milestones: 249 diplomas were awarded and accumulated 312 credits. ICF CCE. The overall rating was outstanding, with an average score of 9/10, confirming the perceived quality and relevance of the contents of EEC Alumni.

Among the activities that aroused most interest were the following How to accompany adolescents in shaping their future, the Observed Sessions analysed by a PCC Coach and Talking about fear without fear, three proposals that demonstrate the community's focus on deep, actionable conversations connected to real challenges.

The 2025 financial year of the EEC was also marked by two important milestones: the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of EEC Italy and the publication of a new book on support for coaches Coaches’ training manual'.’, by Silvia Guarnieri and Ruth Gavilán.
