About me, in short: An addict to learning, to continuous improvement, to change. An intense, passionate person.

What is my passion? To improve every day by accompanying others.

I describe myself in one sentence/quote:  I really like one of Einstein's: "if you are looking for different results, don't always do the same thing".

What book do I have on my bedside table?'The five dysfunctions of a team', by Lencioni. Team Coaching in Practice' by Luis Carchak. In addition, I have just re-read a commemorative edition of the 30th anniversary of the publication of Stephen Covey's 'The 7 Habits'.

Last film I have seen. In series, 'Game of Thrones', I thought it was great. In cinema, the last film I saw was 'Wonka'.

What is my song of the moment? Anyone who makes me turn up the volume: yesterday it was 'Let it be by the Beatles'.

What news would I like to hear? The end of existing conflicts.

What has been my greatest achievement? Keep the enthusiasm to learn and improve intact.

What is my biggest challenge? Balance between personal, family and professional life.

Where do I see myself in three years? Leading teams and accompanying people in their growth.

You can't stifle a scream when... Score a goal my Atleti.

My friends say of me... That I am intense, that I get my hopes up a lot.

What I do best is...  "From muses to theatre", transforming teams. But with a long way to go and a lot of learning to do...

I would like to... I seek to be an example to those with whom I share my life.

I never thought that... Coaching training could transform me as it did.

How do I recharge the batteries? Doing sport, reading, chatting with my wife.

What do I need to be happy? Illusions, goals.

I wish that...  Do not stop "wishing".

Through coaching I learned... That what happens in a team, happens in a conversation, that language creates reality, the importance of listening, of distinctions, of judgements, affirmations, requests, offers, the importance of emotions, that we are body, emotion and language, that we are blind in action. There were many things that transformed me.

For me, coaching is...  Transformation, learning, mirroring what the other is not seeing.

In which groups would I like to apply coaching? Teams, no doubt. I am passionate about it.

I recommend a coaching book. 'The art of blowing embers', by Leonardo Wolk .... Team Coaching', by Luis Carchak. The Power of Words', by Mariano Sigman. The Power of Words', by Robert Dilts.

What training/research/experiences complement my coaching studies? In addition to training in Executive Coaching, Supervision and Team Coaching, Degree in Business Administration, EFPA accreditation in financial advice ... and semi-professional football player from the age of 4 to 33. A lifetime as part of teams. Studies and readings on leadership, experience in team management for more than 15 years.

What could you bring to the EEC Alumni community? Experience and accompaniment in teams.

What activity do I value most in EEC Alumni? The continuous training and quality of its teachers.

What training have I received at the EEC? Executive Coaching Programme, Supervision and Team Coaching Program.

What question have I missed that you would like to ask and answer? I have sometimes wondered why not all companies have coaching training for all those who manage people. There are as many answers as there are companies... but mine could be that they have not "experienced" the transformative power of this discipline.
