"I realized that practicing coaching, as the craft I believe it is, held great power to achieve the peace I had been seeking in recent years."

After years working in demanding sectors, his own process of self-awareness, marked by a personal crisis, has transformed him into a committed guide for others' growth. Mario Encomendero (EEC Alumni 2022) seeks to create a positive impact in the lives of those around him, promoting self-discovery and personal connection.

How would you introduce yourself?

I am Mario Encomendero Fabri, a human being with a strong desire to help others get to know themselves a little more and live the most peaceful life possible.

What is your passion?

People.

News I would like to hear

That all wars have ended.

My greatest achievement

To be together with my father again.

My biggest challenge

To develop my project as a Coach.

Where do I see myself in three years?

Accompanying many people in getting to know themselves.

The last time I was moved...

This morning.

I can't suppress a scream when...

When I ride a roller coaster.

My friends say about me...

That I am a good person.

What I do best is...

Writing.

I would like...

To be able to accompany many people in getting to know themselves better.

I never thought that...

I would end up being a Coach.

How do I recharge the batteries?

I am going to pick up trash in nature.

What do I need to be happy?

To see my family and friends united and healthy.

I wish that...

The world becomes a more peaceful place.

Through coaching, I learned...

That I hardly knew myself.

For me, coaching is...

The most beautiful profession I could dedicate myself to.

In which groups would I like to apply coaching?

In none in particular.

What training/research/experience complements my coaching studies?

I have worked in the tourism sector and in international maritime logistics for over 10 years, during which I experienced high levels of stress, leading to burnout. Following my physical, mental, and emotional collapse, I began my coaching training.

What could you bring to the EEC Alumni community?

I found in personal development literature the gateway to self-awareness. I love reading personal development books, inspirational quotes, and using my voice to narrate them. I could share my experience in literature and writing (I wrote a book about the life of a friend who passed away two years ago).

What question have I missed that you would like to ask and answer?

If you had to write a book, what would it be about? I would love to write a book about my journey of self-awareness, which has allowed me to become the person I am today.
